The studio is beautifully decorated and welcoming. They care about their customers and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. When new clients arrive, they take the necessary time for consultation to ensure that they understand the exact needs of the customer.
Aveda El Coco International Salon, located at 935 Bougainvillea Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32963. elcocoverobeach.com This Aveda salon is the epitome of what Aveda Concept salons are supposed to be. They are professional and guarantee 100 % customer satisfaction. The salon is family owned and operated. They will ensure that the customer is satisfied, and would not hesitate to issue a refund. They are honest and upfront with their services. A quick visit to their website will allow the reader to observe their service prices, and cancellation policy. All obseved reviews stated 100% customer satisfaction.
Where NOT to go:
Metamorphosis Hair Studio, located at 1355 18th St., Vero Beach, FL 32960 metamorphosis.salon/ This studio functions as an Aveda Concept Salon. First and foremost, this studio has a written NO REFUND policy, under any circumstances. The studio used to fuction in two seperate buildings at the same location. Recently, the owner consolidated the entire studio into one building only. Essentially, placing 100% of the operation into 50% of the space making for a not so pleasant, crowded atmosphere. Carefully read all of the reviews for the website and be sure to check out the no refund statement on their website. Obviously, profit rather than customer satisfaction is the top priority.
Note: One would think that Aveda Concept Salons are supposed to perform at a certain level of customer service due to the fact that they can use the Aveda name as an affilate. Unfortunately, all Aveda salons due not function at the same levels regarding customer guarantees for satisfaction. We made contact with the Aveda company headquarters (via their customer service) for a better understanding. Aveda does not directly oversee concept salons. So, this means that the customer needs to do their own reseach into the quality of the salon, rather than assuming an affilation wit a company like Aveda offers consumer protection against dissatisfaction. Just a simple comparison between the two aforemetioned Aveda salons proves the point.
